The Talbot Soil Conservation District, in conjunction with the Maryland Association of Soil Conservation Districts (MASCD), is pleased to provide an artwork challenge this year focusing on kindergarteners to 5th graders throughout Talbot County. Countywide 1st place winners will be judged at the summer Maryland Association of Soil Conservation District’s meeting in July, 2024.
