Happy 80th Birthday Scotty!

On Wednesday, February 11th, Roy Scott "Scotty" turned 80 years young. Scotty has been working for the Maryland Department of Agriculture for over 20 years, and previously he worked for Soil Conservation Service for 30 years. The Talbot SCD would like to wish Scotty a Happy Birthday!
